End-User License Agreement (EULA) for Epiidosis General Trading LLC

1. Agreement to Terms: This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Epiidosis General Trading LLC ("Company," "we," "us," "our") governing your use of our software applications, including any updates, enhancements, modifications, and new features (collectively referred to as "the Software"). By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA.

2. License Grant: Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the Software on your devices solely for your personal or internal business purposes.

3. Restrictions: You may not: a. Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software. b. Copy, reproduce, distribute, transfer, or create derivative works based on the Software. c. Use the Software for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes. d. Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on the Software.

4. Updates and Support: We may provide updates, patches, or support related to the Software at our discretion. We are not obligated to provide any specific updates or support, and we may terminate support for older versions of the Software.

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property: The Software, including all intellectual property rights, remains the exclusive property of Epiidosis General Trading LLC and its licensors. This EULA does not convey any ownership rights to you.

6. Termination: This EULA is effective until terminated. We may terminate this EULA at any time if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall and cease using the Software.

7. Disclaimers: a. The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. b. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components, or that any defects or issues will be corrected. c. You use the Software at your own discretion and risk.

8. Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, in no event shall Epiidosis General Trading LLC or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data, or goodwill.

9. Governing Law: This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

10. Entire Agreement: This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Epiidosis General Trading LLC regarding the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements.
